The Mountain of the Lord's Temple- No War

Many nations will come and say, "Come and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD And to the house of the God of Jacob, That He may teach us about His ways And that we may walk in His paths." For from Zion will go forth the law, Even the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.   And He will judge between many peoples And render decisions for mighty, distant nations. Then they will hammer their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation will not lift up sword against nation, And never again will they train for war.  Each of them will sit under his vine And under his fig tree, With no one to make them afraid, For the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken.…

Serpico Good Cop Against Corrupt Cops

Mich 7:3-13 God is Against Any kind of Corruption   What misery is mine!  I am like one who gathers summer fruit  at the gleaning of the vineyard; there is no cluster of grapes to eat,  none of the early figs that I crave.   The faithful have been swept from the land;      not one upright person remains.  Everyone lies in wait to shed blood;  they hunt each other with nets. 3  Both hands are skilled in doing evil; t he ruler demands gifts, the judge accepts bribes,  the powerful dictate what they desire— they all conspire together.   The best of them is like a brier,  the most upright worse than a thorn hedge.  The day God visits you has come,   the day your watchmen sound the alarm.  Now is the time of your confusion.  Do not trust a neighbor;  put no confidence in a friend. Even with the woman who lies in your embrace  guard the words of your lips. For...

Stumbling Blocks

Image
I Pray that today we remove all stumbling blocks against one another :    For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God acknowledge Him to His honor and to His praise.    And so each of us shall give an account of himself [give an answer in reference to judgment] to God.  Then let us no more criticize and blame and pass judgment on one another, but rather decide and endeavor never to put a stumbling block or an obstacle or a hindrance in the way of a brother. (Romans 14:11-13 AMP) That no man put a stumbling block - Let both the converted Jew and Gentile consider that they should labor to promote each other's spiritual interests, and not be a means of hindering each other in their Christian course; or of causing them to abandon the Gospel, on which, and not on questions of rites and ceremonies, the salvation of their soul depends . http://clarke.biblecommenter.com/romans/14.htm Th...

The Gift From God

-

Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place under these circumstances: When His mother Mary had been promised in marriage to Joseph, before they came together, she was found to be pregnant [through the power] of the Holy Spirit. And her [promised] husband Joseph, being a just and upright man and not willing to expose her publicly and to shame and disgrace her, decided to repudiate and dismiss (divorce) her quietly and secretly. But as he was thinking this over, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, Joseph, descendant of David, do not be afraid to take Mary [as] your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of (from, out of) the Holy Spirit.   She will bear a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus [the Greek form of the Hebrew Joshua, which means Savior], for He will save His people from their sins [that is, prevent them from ]failing and missing the true end and scope of life, which is God].  All this took place that it might be fulf...

THE GOOD SHEPHERDESS

-
Image
The Shepherd and His Flock "I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber.  The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep.  The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice.  He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice."  Jesus used this figure of speech, but they did not understand what he was telling them. Therefore Jesus said again, "I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep.  All who ever came before me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them.  I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved.  He will come in and go out, and find pasture. ...

Invitation to The LORD JESUS’s Salvation

Prayer of Invitation to the LORD Jesus’s Salvation  Is anyone thirsty? Come and drink—even if you have no money!   Come, take your choice of wine or milk—it’s all free!  Why spend your money on food that does not give you strength?  Why pay for food that does you no good? Listen to me, and you will eat what is good.  You will enjoy the finest food.  “Come to me with your ears wide open. Listen, and you will find life. I will make an everlasting covenant with you.  I will give you all the unfailing love I promised to David.   See how I used him to display my power among the peoples.  I made him a leader among the nations.   You also will command nations you do not know,  and peoples unknown to you will come running to obey, because I, the LORD your God,  the Holy One of Israel, have made you glorious.”  Seek the LORD while you can find him.  Call on him now while he is near....

Christ Jesus Around The World

Isaiah 11:1-10 A shoot shall come out from the stump of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots.  The spirit of the LORD shall rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. His delight shall be in the fear of the LORD. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide by what his ears hear;  but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt around his waist, and faithfulness the belt around his loins.  The wolf shall live with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the kid, the calf and the lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them.  The cow and the bear shall graze, their young shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like...

2012 - NO ONE KNOWS THE END OF TIME

-
Dear Beloved: Children of God (Please view the video at the end) Jesus Christ said "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father (Mark 13:31-32 NIV)". These are the promise words of God for us: "I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth." And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever th...
