What if some did not believe and were without faith? Does their lack of faith and their faithlessness nullify and make ineffective and void the faithfulness of God and His fidelity [to His Word]?  

By no means! Let God be found true though every human being is false and a liar, as it is written, That You may be justified and shown to be upright in what You say, and prevail when You are judged [by sinful men]. Romans 3:4-6 AMP

I pray that for all people near or far to get to know the Creator and the Lord Jesus Christ.  Because God’s Word is True and Faithful.   God is Love and cares for all human being.  God’s stance and Jesus said  “ “I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.   Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.” Luke 21:32-33 NIV

Jesus knew the Pharisees had heard that he was baptizing and making more disciples than John  (though Jesus himself didn’t baptize them—his disciples did).  So he left Judea and returned to Galilee.  He had to go through Samaria on the way.  Eventually he came to the Samaritan village of Sychar, near the field that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.  Jacob’s well was there; and Jesus, tired from the long walk, sat wearily beside the well about noontime.  Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to her, “Please give me a drink.”  He was alone at the time because his disciples had gone into the village to buy some food.
