Prayers For the People of Joplin Missiouri

Prayers:  Lord Jesus,  You invite all who are burdended to come to You.  Allow Your healing hand to heal and help Your people.  Touch the soul with Your compassion for all.  Touch our mind with Your wisdom, that my mouth may always procliam Your praise even  when we are in need for Your love and care.

Teach us to reach out to You Jesus in my need.  Help me to lead others to You,  during this difficult time.  Most loving Heart Jesus, bring me health in body and spirit that I may serve You with all my strength.  Touch gently these lives that are looking onto You, Jesus.  Thank you for hearing this prayer.

God is Love 1John 4:16

Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.“  How often do you feel like you are the “light of the world”? This earthly life can be full of nothing but pain and tragedy if you let it. Our own human weaknesses leads us down all kinds of paths that bring nothing but mental, physical, and spiritual pain. Over and over again, we fall prey to thoughts of inadequacy, self hatred, shame, and loneliness to name just a few. Jesus Christ came into the world t o save you from all your sinners. It does not have anything to do with being good. Jesus is a gift from God to All people here on earth. 1 Timothy 1:15, “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.” (Saint Paul speaking) Jesus Christ came into the world to call sinners to repentance. Prayer Footprint One night I had a dream -- I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord, and Across the sky flashed scenes from my life.
