Holding Back Our Anger and Tongue

I Pray that the Lord Jesus will provide you with Wisdom that passes all understanding. God is Love 1John 4:16
"Fools vent their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back".  (Proverbs 29: 11 NLT).

"Words contain tremendous power for both good and evil.  Therefore,   wisdom dictates that it is far better zip your lips for the moment than to vent or express your emotions.
