Pray For Missionaries Around The World

Prayers: Father God in Jesus name, I uplift all your servants around the world. Protect them, your servants each day, hour and time. Bless their work of their hands. Bless the words of their lips. I pray that all Missionaries share the love and peace of Jesus to the world. Thank you God for hearing this prayer. Thank you for your love, grace, mercy and peace we receive from you. Glory to you Father God, Jesus’ name.

Elsewhere, such a prominently featured religious symbol might be cause for controversy. But at Hopkins Hospital, "Christus Consolator" has managed to defy its traditional symbolism and garner respect from nearly all who pass. Long a source of solace and hope for patients and families, the Christ statue also has meaning for hundreds of employees. Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. (1John 4:1New Living Translation).   Christians who are well acquainted with the Scriptures, may, in humble dependence on Divine teaching, discern those who set forth doctrines according to the apostles, and those who contradict them. The sum of revealed religion is in the doctrine concerning Christ, his person and office. The false teachers spake of the world according to its maxims and tastes, so as not to offend carnal men. The world approved them, they made rapid progress, and had many followers such as themselves; the world will love its own, and its own will love it.
