Genesis 2:24(NIV)  Blessed is the marriage that God created
"That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh."
Let marriage be held in honor by all, and let the marriage bed be kept undefiled; for God will judge fornicators and adulterers. Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have; for he has said, “I will never leave you or forsake you.”  So we can say with confidence,“The Lord is my helper;  I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?” Hebrews 13:4-6 NRSV

God  is Love 1John 4:16 and Jesus is Lord of Heaven and on Earth

As banks move in to take over homes in foreclosure, this priest is stepping in to stop them. Father John Lasseigne has led the charge. "We have to respond," he says. "When I first arrived in the church, at the end of Mass, a family came to speak with me and said, 'Father, would you pray for us? We are about to lose our home,' " Lasseigne said. "Suddenly, the crisis became very real and personal for me." Lasseigne is the priest of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in the Southern California community of Pacoima, where one in every nine homes is in some stage of foreclosure.
